Our head office is based in Italy primarily serving to more than 14 countries all over the world.
· Last 3 years average yearly revenue is more than 40Million USD.
· Growing at the rate of 7% in domestic and international markets.

· Sales Representative also makes up to 30% of net sales

We also provide customized lighting solutions to meet specific customer requirements such as Pantry, Kitchen, Auditoriums or Cinema Halls, swimming pools, fountains etc.)
In line with our growth plans we are seeking independent sales representative or commission based sales agents for western Europe typically Spain and Portugal.
Our Products Comply With Market Applicable Quality Standards/ Certifications Such As
· CE, EN and other related standards. Compatible with BMS, Dimmer controls and Home automation protocols.
· Hundreds of project already supplied
The sales representative should be able clearly demonstrate and share the following;
· Experience in relevant industry.
· Familiarity with Lighting design is must and at least 5 years of experience in Project Sales cycle management is a plus.
· Resilient with a proven track record in sales of minimum 5 years.
· Sales Representative should have excellent contacts within contractors, consultants and architecture community background electrical or electronics engineering qualification is desirable.
· Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
· Present our products, systems, solutions & services to prospective customers.
· Identify customer needs/ pain points and recommend product, System solutions in coordination with Application/ Commercial team.
· Answer customer questions about features, pricing and pre sales and post sales services.
· Should be able independently close complete sales cycle i.e. Inquiry Generation- – PO Generation- Advance & PO Collection- Final Payment and Maintenance Contract.
· Excellent Commission Structure.
· Training – New sales reps get up to speed quickly and more experienced people gain additional skills.
· Flexible schedules – Our sales reps are able to plan & work around flexible schedules.
